Well-known for their intricate display of Chinese craftsmanship, Khoo Kongsi is the grandest clan temple on the Pulau Pinang island. Built by the Khoo's family forefathers who originated from South China, the building has delicate wood carvings and ornamented beams. The interior of its hall is well-furnished with antique furniture and beautifully decorated with lanterns.
